HANZEMA™ is used for adults with severe chronic hand eczema that has not improved after topical treatments, including steroids.

The Patient Guide was created to educate you on your condition and treatment with HANZEMA™. Special consideration must be taken by female patients, as HANZEMA™ can cause severe birth defects in infants born to women who become pregnant during treatment with HANZEMA™ in any amount, even for a short period of time.

A Pregnancy Prevention Program was created to help educate patients of the risk.
